Sue
is responsible for scientific/technical analysis
and assessment of potential investment
projects. After a career in the British
Diplomatic Service, including postings to New
Delhi, Cairo and Brussels, Sue moved to the City
where she worked for the Jardine Matheson
Group. With a master's degree in food
science and a doctoral degree in nutritional
genomics, Sue has been published in both
biomedical and food science journals.
