A new professional investor fund (Cayman Islands listed and registered) aiming to deliver returns of 12% p.a. net of costs in £Sterling from a portfolio of assets uncorrelated to stock and bond markets. The Fund invests in specially tailored asset-backed loans to film, TV and entertainment production companies.  It is a non distributor fund. 

Minimum Investment - £500,000 institutional, £75,000 retail

Introductory fee - Up to 4.5% available

Entry and exit- Quarterly with 1 year minimum holding period
