Archangel Film
Group evolved organically from Kreis Financial Services AG
in Zollikon, Canton of Zurich, which was established in
1998 by Kreis Holdings Ltd, to develop its film finance
and third party fund distribution.
In 2005/06
Kreis Financial Services created Archangel SA and
Archangel SPV to provide a flexible structure enabling it
to operate across different sectors of the film industry
such as production and financing. In 2008 Kreis
Financial Services reassessed its position in the market
place as a third party fund raiser and the board decided
to develop a new structure that would provide strategic
focus for the three companies. In
2009 Kreis Financial Services AG rebranded itself
Archangel Film Group aggregating first Archangel SA and
Archangel SPV under its wing, then Oltremondo Studio; a
newly formed company that specialises in post production,
FX and commercials
